Designed at the request of the largest ceramic art collector in Korea, the HHL Ceramic Museum is located on a site overlooking the heart of Heyri Art Village. Buildings erected in Heyri Village must satisfy the condition that the height of the building must not exceed 12M parallel to the existing natural grounds. The building has three masses that are divided according to the topography and direction of view. The external space is created from the upper part of the mass accumulated on the naturally created layer, and the exhibition area is expanded to the landscape and nature of the exterior.
