The warehouse program is vertically stacked in three stories and shifted apart to create a central loading area on the second floor serviced by two long ramps. The exterior wall construction utilizes precast hollow core concrete panels and insulated metal siding installed at 60 degrees. The subtle variations of the concrete panels contrast with the strong diagonal barcode pattern of the metal panels. Two slanted open staircases punctuate the east and west elevations. A dynamic richness seldom present in generally static logistical facilities is thus achieved.
