Solar Light Wall 1

'Solar Light Wall 1' is composed of photographic imagery of the sunset in fusion with the water of Apollo’s Fountain captured in the gardens of the Sun King in Versailles. Inspired by wonder at the power of the universe, and the sensing of something so much greater than we are, the wall is designed for light-box production as a contemporary decorative and potentially therapeutic light source. The back-lit mural was developed to enhance emotive and spiritual well-being by immersing the viewer in another dimension that may energise, or calm, or transport to another place.

Mercedes Parodi is a British photographic artist, based in London and Aix en Provence, France, who explores through connective light-driven imagery humanist and existential themes.
