    Made by GIATOC and Poseidon, the Illegal Unreported and Unregulated Fishing Index provides scores ranging from 1 to 5 (1 being the best, and 5 the worst) for all coastal countries, regions and ocean basins. The Index allows countries to be benchmarked against each other and assessed for their vulnerability, prevalence, and response to illegal fishing. To make easier to understand the index through design, we've created a custom bar chart (we baptized it "fishbone chart") and a website that helps compare country scores by presenting data interactively with heatmaps and dynamic visualizations.
