Ideal Candidate

Application is a fully-functional, single-player board game called Ideal Candidate. It includes a box, board, two dice, a turn counter dial, seven meeples, and a rules card, in addition to my resume and a mini portfolio. In the game, the player must move the Ideal Candidate pawn from Start to Finish as quickly as possible, collecting the resume and portfolio along the way while dodging the impassable Other Applicant pawns that serve to block the Ideal Candidate. The game is quick to learn and takes only a few minutes to play, making it unintimidating for a busy hiring manager to try.
