The purpose of protections offered by a dwelling is not meant to form any pressure. It tends to gather our living needs together. An ideal dwelling carries all living needs and squeezes them into a minimum space to become a micro texture. In the city of hustle and bustle we live in which is crowded with overdeveloping areas, there is a tiny skyline. Formed by three meters wide traditional row houses. In this narrow space, publicity and privacy are both well protected and offered to their inhabitants. If there were a gap between this skyline and its future, what should be filled into it? A pure natural light. Long and narrow is the typical characteristic we can feel in a traditional row house, under this proportion, it’s ventilation and light level can be pretty low, open up several patios is usually the best strategy to improve this condition.
