UP House

The UP house has been developed for two households that occupy the same address (couple with children + parents in law). The construction is divided into three volumes and ensures independence between the parties. The lower volume is the apartment of the parents in law, functionally isolated from the rest of the house, giving privacy and indulgence for the elderly couple. The ground volume is the social, opening to the outside area and pool. In the upper volume is the intimate area, connected to the other floors by a single vertical circulation. Like that, we guarantee an intense social life and, at the same time, privacy to different residents in their daily functions. The openings are strategically placed under the beautiful rear view of the surroundings, enhanced by the use of the metal structure, which releases larger spans for the use of glass.
