    In the beautiful city of Biarritz is located the architectural complex of the City of the Ocean (La Cité de l'Océan et du Surf). Designed by Steven Holl Architects and Solange Fabião, it was inaugurated in 2011 and is a playful and interactive museum dedicated to the world of the oceans and with simulated surfing experiences.
