Stop Asian Hate

My works were inspired by the Asian hate incidents I witnessed while living in New York as an Asian student during the pandemic. I decided to join the Stop Asian Hate campaign.

I create a series of works that hope people of different races can live together peacefully.

Bio
Zhiyu is an award-winning illustrator and visual artist born in China and based in New York.

Combining painting techniques and digital drawing, Zhiyu’s vocabulary is developed from her Chinese heritage. Her work depicts the unique situations of women and minorities. She is focused on bringing out the hidden, undetected emotions beneath the surface of women's daily lives into her spotlight.

Zhiyu is available for commissions, collaborations, and other such projects.
