The new Richard Gilder Center for Science, Education, and Innovation opened with exhibitions that unveil nature’s hidden realms. The four exhibitions designed by RAA include live insects, floor-to-ceiling displays across floors, and a 19-foot quartz vein, focusing on a design that represents nature through its naturally occurring shapes and geometry. The design approach aimed to align the spaces aesthetically with the architecture and shapes inherent to nature. It is meant to bring the immersive exhibitions to life, blending them within the spectacular building.
