Throughout this project, I tried to illustrate the beauty of my homeland, Iran, and the brutality of what's happening there. Pictures that can be used as ads to attract tourists stand in contrast with freedom fighters' faces. I did this poster series out of respect for the victims of the 2022 protests. The government has cracked down on protesters. Tens of thousands have been arrested. Hundreds have been beaten, shot and killed, some as young as 11 years old. In the name of WOMEN, LIFE, and FREEDOM, they bravely rebelled against this ruthless regime.
