SHIUSHIU! is a cleaning machine that quickly sterilizes, air-dry knives, and sterilizes air of cooking station. By electrochemical reaction, pure water is converted to reactive oxygen species water (ROS) to kill food poisoning-prone germ on knives; high-speed air is used to blow away residual ROS on the knives to achieve fast air-drying effect. Simultaneously, the surrounding air is sucked into sterilization to reduce the germ growth rate on food. It provides effective and fast knife cleaning for cooks, avoids hand injuries by long-term cleaning of knife, and protects consumers' "food" safety.
